As expected, mind. It is Invercargill.
Nice enough place, but I've arrived on a Sunday so everything's closed (apart from the internet cafe and the chippy, which sorts-out today's amusements).
I'm going to wait and see what the weather's going to be like tomorrow to see if it's worth jumping on the ferry to NZ's third island, Stewart Island.
Might even eat some Mutton Bird (ask Martin!).

Hope the weather picks up but hardly likely. Some of the pics you've loaded are stunning, it looks absolutely beautiful over there.
