Nice little neighbourhood with bars and cafes.
"If you walk over the 'Bridge of Sighs' all the way holding your breath and you make a wish, it is said your wish will come true".
Monty, buy us a Lotto ticket mate: 6, 7, 8, 32, 34, 41. Cheers.
I guess it's called the Bridge of Sighs as people will be fecking gasping for a breath after walking over it?
There was an open-air food market on when I visited, with a guy playing pan pipes and guitar. All very touristy, but nice anyway.
Of course, I had to try some of the local food. Can't tell you what it was, but it tasted good and I'm still vertical and not in the tripod position (or looking for Ralph).
BTW. It's really cheap here.
Update: I took the photos at about six in the morning when most normal people are in bed and aren't suffering from jet-lag.
